Run a full-cycle, consultative sales process — from prospecting to closing — and grow accounts across new services, locations, and markets.

Build and lead Downstream's outbound growth engine — hire, coach, and manage a team of BDRs generating qualified pipeline.

Build and lead a team of Account Executives, own a team revenue number, and shape the consultative sales process for new business growth.

Lead Downstream's revenue organization — own strategy and performance across Business Development, Account Executives, and Account Management.

Own the day-to-day financial operations of Downstream's marketplace, with direct responsibility for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

Ensure Downstream's suppliers are paid accurately and on time — supplier setup, invoice processing, payment runs, and cost verification.

Keep Downstream's marketplace financially healthy — accurate customer billing, timely collections, and clean account reconciliation.

Own the employee experience at Downstream — recruiting, onboarding, payroll and benefits, employee support, and workforce planning.
